Devotional Message:
(1 Corinthians 11:23-24)
"For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, 'This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me.'"

Message:

In this passage, the Apostle Paul recounts the Last Supper, where Jesus shared a meal with His disciples before His crucifixion.

Reflection:

1. Gratitude in Simplicity:
- Jesus took bread, a basic food item, and gave thanks. This reminds us to be grateful for even the simplest things in life. Whether it's our daily bread, the air we breathe, or the love of family and friends, we should always give thanks to God for His provisions.

2. Sacrifice and Love:
- When Jesus said, "This is my body, which is for you," He was signifying His sacrifice. He gave His life for us out of immense love. This should inspire us to live sacrificially, putting the needs of others before our own, just as Jesus did.

3. Remembrance and Reflection:
- Jesus asked His disciples to do this in remembrance of Him. This is not just about remembering His death but also reflecting on His teachings, His love, and His example. In our daily lives, we should continually remind ourselves of His sacrifice and strive to live in a way that honors Him.

Application:

1. Daily Gratitude:
- Start each day by thanking God for at least one thing. It could be as simple as the food on your table or the health to get through the day. Developing a habit of gratitude can transform our perspective and bring more joy into our lives.
