Devotional Message:
(Luke 15:4)
"Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?"

Imagine you're a shepherd with a hundred sheep. One day, you realize one sheep is missing. Now, you might think, "I still have ninety-nine sheep. Losing one isn't too bad." But the shepherd in Jesus' story doesn't think like that. He cares so much for each sheep that he leaves the ninety-nine in the open country to search for the one lost sheep. He doesn't stop until he finds it. This shows us just how much God cares for every single one of us.

We are like the sheep in the story. Sometimes, we stray away from God. We make mistakes, get lost in our own ways, and feel far from Him. But just like the shepherd, God never gives up on us. He leaves everything to come and find us, no matter how far we’ve gone. His love is relentless and personal. He knows each of us by name and values us deeply.

Think about times in your life when you felt lost, alone, or overwhelmed. Maybe you made decisions that took you away from God's path. Maybe you felt unworthy of His love. This verse reassures us that God is always searching for us, always ready to bring us back into His arms. He doesn't see us as just part of a crowd; He sees us as individuals, each precious and unique.

God's pursuit of us shows His commitment. He is a God who seeks, finds, and rejoices when we are found. When we feel lost, we can remember that God is actively looking for us, calling us back to Him. His love never fails, and He never gives up on us.

In our daily lives, we can reflect this kind of love. We can reach out to those who feel lost, alone, or disconnected. We can show them the same relentless love and care that God shows us. Sometimes, it's a simple act of kindness, a word of encouragement,
