"In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”

In our fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the pursuit of acquiring things for ourselves. We often measure success by what we accumulate – whether it's wealth, possessions, or recognition. But Jesus teaches us a different way – a way of selflessness and generosity.

When we give, whether it's our time, resources, or kindness, we experience a unique joy that surpasses anything we could gain for ourselves. Giving opens our hearts to the needs of others and allows us to make a positive impact in their lives.

But the blessing of giving goes beyond just the recipient. It also enriches our own lives in ways we may not expect. When we give, we cultivate a spirit of gratitude and contentment. We realize that true fulfillment comes not from what we have, but from what we give.

May we be known not for what we have, but for what we give. And may our lives be a testament to the abundant blessings that flow from a generous heart.
