Devotional Message:
(Ephesians 5:15-17)
"Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord's will is."

In Ephesians 5:15-17, Paul advises us to be careful with how we live our lives. He encourages us to walk in wisdom, not as unwise people, but as those who understand the importance of each moment. Paul knew that the world around us is filled with distractions and temptations that can easily lead us away from God's path. He reminds us that the days are "evil," meaning that there is darkness and sin in the world, and it's easy to get caught up in it if we're not careful.

Living wisely means making conscious decisions that reflect our faith and values. It involves being aware of how we spend our time, who we associate with, and the choices we make each day. Paul isn't just telling us to avoid sin; he’s encouraging us to actively seek God's will in everything we do. Understanding the Lord’s will means knowing His Word, listening to His voice in prayer, and being sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.
