Clothed in God's Armor
READ: Ephesians 6:10-24

(Ephesians 6:11)
Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil.

Ephesians 6:10-24 is a powerful passage that speaks to the spiritual battle Christians face and the armor of God they should put on. The Apostle Paul urges us to be strong in the Lord and to put on the full armor of God. Just as a soldier equips themselves for battle, we too must prepare ourselves for the spiritual warfare that surrounds us daily.

Verse 10 starts with a crucial reminder: "Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power." Our strength is not found in our own abilities but in our reliance on God. It is His power that sustains us in the face of trials and temptations.

3. Feet Fitted with the Gospel of Peace: Be ambassadors of peace and carry the message of salvation wherever you go.

4. The Shield of Faith: Faith extinguishes the fiery arrows of doubt and fear. Trust in God's promises and believe that He is in control.

5. The Helmet of Salvation: Protect your mind with the assurance of salvation through Christ. Let it guard your thoughts and beliefs.

6. The Sword of the Spirit: The Word of God is our offensive weapon. Know it, meditate on it, and use it to combat spiritual battles.
