Devotional Message:
(Ephesians 6:10-11)
"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes."

In life, we face many challenges, some small and some big. These challenges can feel like battles that we must overcome. But the truth is, we don’t have to face these battles alone or in our own strength. In Ephesians 6:10-11, Paul reminds us to “be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.” He tells us to “put on the full armor of God,” which means that God gives us the tools we need to stand firm against the tricks and traps of the enemy.

Let’s think about this: if a soldier goes into battle without any protection, he’s more likely to be hurt or defeated. But when a soldier wears armor, he is ready to fight and protect himself. In the same way, we are in a spiritual battle every day. Sometimes, we battle things like doubt, fear, temptation, or anger. These battles are not just about what we can see or feel, but about what happens inside of us. That’s why we need God's armor, not just our own abilities.

The armor of God includes things like truth, righteousness, faith, salvation, and God’s Word. Each piece is important for protecting us from the lies and attacks of the enemy. For example, if we put on the belt of truth, we can reject the lies that try to tell us we’re not good enough or that God doesn’t care about us. If we wear the shield of faith, we can block the fiery arrows of doubt and fear. And when we trust in God’s strength, we don’t have to rely on our own strength, which can often fail us.

But it’s important to remember that this armor isn’t something we just pick up once and forget about. We need to put it on every day. How? By spending time in prayer, reading God’s Word, and trusting Him in everything. When we do this, we are
