(Philippians 4:6-7)
"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
In our daily lives, anxiety can feel overwhelming. Whether it’s worrying about our health, our finances, our family, or our future, these fears can weigh us down. Many times, we try to handle everything on our own. We think that if we plan more or work harder, we can avoid feeling anxious. But the truth is, life is unpredictable, and we can’t control everything. This is where Philippians 4:6-7 speaks to us. Paul tells us not to be anxious about anything. This doesn’t mean life will be perfect or free of trouble. Instead, it’s a reminder that when worry comes, our first response should be prayer.
God invites us to bring every worry, no matter how big or small, to Him in prayer. He asks us to come with a heart of thanksgiving, recognizing all the blessings He has already given us.
