Do You Make God Proud or Entertain Satan?

In Job 1:8, God proudly declares Job as the finest man on Earth, blameless, and full of integrity. God’s heart was filled with pride over Job’s life. But what happens when we fall into sin? In Exodus 32:25, when the Israelites worshiped the golden calf, Scripture says their enemies, including satan, were amused by their actions. When we stray from God, we bring amusement to satan. But by living a life that honors God and avoids evil, we can make God proud of us.

Pastor challenges you to think deeply: Are your actions making God proud, or are they bringing entertainment to your greatest enemy? Strive to live a life that pleases God and rejects sin.
