This short film starts with a female Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW) who escaped from her employer. While bruised and in pain, luckily, she was able to reach the embassy right on time. She was pacified by three other Filipinos waiting for their exit visas. She regretted her decision to go abroad because her family was against it. She realized how extremely difficult it was to work as a domestic helper abroad.
Adine, one of the OFWs, also escaped from her abusive employer. Her male employer even attempted to rape her. So when she got the chance, she jumped from the second floor of their house to escape. She was able to speak with her mother and brother on the phone and was very apologetic to her mother for not being able to send money for her medicine.

Tin is oftentimes overworked. If she was not able to finish her chores, she would be locked up inside the toilet by her cruel employer and wouldn’t get paid for three months. Tin was remorseful about working abroad since her husband, who was willing to work hard for their family, was not amenable to her decision. Her dream to provide her family with a better life is gone.
Dulce, another OFW, was a victim of illegal recruitment. She worked abroad for 10 years, but her employer did not pay her. Even the agency could do nothing to help her. She promised her son that she would constantly call him, but he got angry at her. Dulce was regretful of the times when she was not beside her son.
When the ambassador arrived, he announced that all of the OFW had been granted an exit visa. The ambassador reminded them that they should be aware of illegal recruiters and respect the laws and cultures of different countries. The ambassador added that the most important thing to do, is to thank God that they could finally go home and be with their families.
