💁🏻 Concept: Logos (λόγος)
Logos is the Greek word for “Word,” used powerfully in John 1:1 to refer to Jesus Christ: “In the beginning was the Word…” To Jewish ears, it recalled God’s creative and commanding speech in the Old Testament (Genesis 1). To Greek minds, it pointed to the reason and order that governed the universe. But John makes it clear: this Logos is a Person—Jesus—who was with God and is God. He is the divine reason behind creation, the ultimate revelation of God to humanity.

Heavenly Father, I thank You for sending Jesus, the eternal Logos, who made the universe and holds all things together. You alone can satisfy the deepest longings of my heart. Forgive me when I look for order and meaning apart from Christ. Today, I choose to center my life on Jesus—my Creator, Sustainer, and Redeemer. Align my thoughts, my desires, and my actions with His will. Let His truth bring clarity in my confusion, and His presence bring peace in my chaos. May my life reflect Your wisdom, beauty, and purpose as I walk with You each day. In Jesus' powerful name I pray, Amen.
