💁🏻 Moses and the Crossing of the Red Sea – God Fights for His People
After leaving Egypt, the people of Israel were trapped. The Red Sea was in front of them, and Pharaoh’s army was behind them. They were afraid and cried out to Moses. But God spoke words of comfort and power: “Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the LORD.” The people did not need to fight. They did not need to plan. God Himself would act for them.

When Moses lifted his staff, God parted the sea. The people walked through on dry ground, and their enemies were completely defeated. This miracle showed that salvation belongs to God alone. Israel did not save themselves—God did. In the same way, the Bible teaches that we are saved not by our own strength, but by God’s grace. God fights for His people, and He never fails.

Father God, when I feel scared and trapped, I forget how strong You are. I try to solve everything on my own, and I grow tired and worried. Please teach me to trust You more. Help me to stand still when You tell me to wait, and to believe that You are working even when I cannot see it. Thank You for fighting for me and saving me by Your power, not mine. I want to rest in Your promises and follow You with faith. In Jesus’ name, Amen!
