Ecclesiastes 7-8: Everyday Wisdom

In chapters 7 to 8 the Teacher looks at life’s many contradictions and shows that true wisdom comes from learning, not from chasing riches or power. He reminds us to savour simple joys—eating, drinking, laughing—but only after we’ve learned the hard lessons of living well.
