Lord, help me to forgive myself and others, embracing the freedom that comes with Your forgiveness. Release me from the chains of guilt and regret, and fill my heart with Your love and compassion. Teach me to let go of past hurts and to live in the present with a heart full of mercy. May Your forgiveness transform me and lead me to a life of peace and joy. Amen
