1. Jesus carries the burden of sin.
2. Jesus is the Lord of Rest.
3. Jesus wants us to carry His yoke.

1. Praise God everyday because of our union with Christ.
2. Obey God everyday because our burden is light.
3. Rest in God everyday because we are forgiven in Christ.

Why is it comforting to know that we are united with Christ?

Father, thank You for giving us Your Son, Jesus, so that we can be united with Him in His perfect life, death, and resurrection. Through our union with Christ, we have already shared in His perfect obedience, died to our sins, and have been resurrected spiritually, experiencing a newness of life in Christ. Thank You for the comfort that in Jesus
