TODAY'S GOSPEL: Mark 9:30-37
The Gospel of Mark reminds us that the Lord shared in our human struggles. Part of His Passion was going through the very same struggles we went through. So as we anticipate Ash Wednesday and begin our Lenten journey, let us bear in mind that the Lord said: to be His disciple and enter the Kingdom of God, we must undergo a radical reorientation in our lives and become servant-leaders. Like Jesus, may we overcome our human struggles to embrace the will of God.
