God is always fighting for us!
Matthew 11:12 says, "And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force." When Jesus mentions that the kingdom of heaven has "suffered violence," He's talking about the intense opposition and struggles of spreading the Gospel and living out our faith. The "violent" who take it by force are those who are fervent in their pursuit of God’s kingdom. They are not passive or indifferent; they are proactive and passionate about their faith, striving to overcome obstacles and opposition. It's about standing firm and not letting anything shake our trust in God's plan.
Let's tackle this week with that same determination, knowing that we can overcome anything with God on our side!
