While at work, Kyla, a sales lady, was contemplating on the condition of her pregnant sister. Suddenly, a customer approached Kyla and asked for size 8 of the shoe she picked. Kyla got the pair from the stockroom and fit it to her, but she requested for size 9 then later opted to size 8 instead.
While Kyla was going back to the stockroom, she slipped and damaged her footwear. The situation prompted Kyla to wear the pair chosen by the customer and placed her broken shoes in the box.

Since Kyla took some time in the stockroom, the customer was pissed off and ranted on the damaged shoes in the box. The manager overheard her while Kyla was continuously apologizing. She threatened them that she would report the incident.
The manager told her that Kyla was a good employee and trustworthy. The manager would reprimand Kyla but told her that making a mistake was not a reason to humiliate someone and that everyone had their own battle in life.
The manager reminded her that half of the story was unknown but there was God who knew everything.
