Welcome to "Haranang Salesyano: Nagkakaisang Tinig, Isang Himig."

Tonight’s concert showcases the musical talents of our church’s seven choirs. Haranang Salesyano: Nagkakaisang Tinig, Isang Himig is a fitting name for this event because the choirs are offering their voices to God as one following the example of St. John Bosco, our patron saint. Don Bosco had a great love for music and used it as a tool to evangelize and uplift the young. He said, “An Oratory without music is like a body without a soul.”
He encouraged his students to sing hymns and songs that expressed their love for God.

Tonight, the members of the various choirs will perform for all of you as a means to share their faith, touch your hearts and soothe your souls with a delightful repertoire of Christian, and popular music including some Christmas songs.

We want to thank our parish priest Fr. Ting for his guidance in this project. He came up with the idea of Haranang Salesyano to tap the resources of our magnanimous parishioners in raising funds for the church’s various infrastructure projects. Whatever your contribution to this endeavor, we are eternally grateful and we sincerely appreciate your presence tonight.
