How Can God Speak To Us?

God did not reveal the message of the birth of Christ to the Emperor and other important people of that time because they were preoccupied with the events in their lives. The shepherds, however, have received the message of the birth of the Savior through an angel and a great company of heavenly hosts because of their humble hearts. In the same way, God speaks and reveals His will to us if we have humility and submission to Him and His Word.
