I do team-building activities during our pilgrimage trips and our pilgrims love it
As a pilgrimage leader, my main focus is to do team-building activities during our trip. I make sure the pilgrims connect, engage, and become good friends with their co-pilgrims. And I help prepare them to receive Jesus and reflect more.
I also love listening to our pilgrims’ stories and building friendships with each other.

With that, our chaplain focuses on being the spiritual leader and sacrament giver of our pilgrimage.
Our tour leader takes care of all the hard things like logistics, hotels, flights, and basically everything to make sure we are alive and never hungry.
Sooo we need a full team to make a pilgrimage a great experience.
