TODAY'S GOSPEL: Matthew 5:1-12a
The Gospel this Sunday reminds us that to be blessed is to live life with gratitude, joy, and hope. Everything in life is grace; life itself is gracious.
When we feel gratitude in our hearts, the natural flow of gratitude is service. Service, in turn, brings about a deeper sense of joy. And in the end, the greatest source of hope for us is the promise of Christ that we will all be reunited in the Resurrection.
