TODAY'S GOSPEL: Mark 5:21-43
The Gospel of Mark reminds us that there is no generic miracle; it is always a personal and intimate encounter when Christ heals us. In fact, we see that there is a cost to Christ when He heals or performs miracles. Just like Him, every act of kindness that we do has a cost on us, but every act of kindness must be lovingly and generously given because it is our way of loving and serving others and the Lord.
