Kasalanan ba na hindi sabihin ang totoo ?

Is it a sin for me not to tell my albularian friend that his power of healing does not come from God so he should renounce it no matter what? I am ashamed to tell him the truth because he might get angry with me and curse me using his blck magic spell.
