This story is about Alex, who grew up in an orphanage and was adopted by Marissa, a doctor, when she was six. She had a comfortable life and was well-provided for by her adoptive mother. At the start of this short film, we find her narrating that she is writing a letter to Dr. Clark, a radio program host of 105.7, to inspire those who were in the same situation.
The twist of the story came when Alex decided to reveal her feelings to her long-time best friend Cassie, whom she had a crush on and eventually fell in love with. Alex explained her real identity to Marissa, who kicked her out of their house. After the incident, Marissa met an accident while driving her car and permanently lost her eyesight. Alex was informed about the accident and took care of Marissa.

Marissa realized that it was Alex who was taking care of her and asked her why she still helped her after what she had said and done to her. Alex told Marissa how grateful she was to her for giving her a home and a better life. She just wanted Marissa to accept her for who she was, for being a lesbian. Alex told Marissa that no one can question God for creating the deaf, mute, blind, and people like her. In the last part of Alex's letter, she reiterated that God created everyone, so regardless of any gender, the important thing is to always do good deeds and follow the commandments of God.
