Kaibigan nakakaramdam ka ba na parang natrapped ka o naparalyzed dahil sa pagaalala mo sa opinyon ng mga tao patungkol sa iyo. At dahil dito may desisyon ka na tama namang gawin sana kaya lang binago mo kasi nagalala ka sa sasabihin ng ibang tao sayo.
