Determinism is the belief that everything that happens is caused by something else and could not have happened differently. It means that all events, decisions, and actions are the result of prior causes, whether from nature, fate, or God's plan.

Heavenly Father, I thank You that nothing happens outside Your will. Even when life seems uncertain, I trust that You are in control. Help me to rest in Your sovereignty and not be anxious about the future. When things don’t go as I expect, remind me that You are always working for good. Teach me to walk by faith, knowing that Your plans are perfect, even when I don’t understand. May my heart be at peace, my mind be steadfast, and my trust in You grow deeper each day. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
