The Gospel this Sunday reminds us that once, we were in the darkness of Sin; but it is the light of the Lord that saved us. Just like the blind man, may we open ourselves so we may have a genuine encounter with the Lord. This Laetare Sunday, let us celebrate the fact that even amidst our penitence during Lent, there is joy. Because our faith is a faith of joy.
