💁🏻 Concept: Egalitarianism
Egalitarianism holds that all roles and functions in the church are equally available to men and women. This view emphasizes that in Christ, there is neither male nor female, and that all believers are empowered by the Holy Spirit to serve God without gender distinctions. Egalitarianism stands in contrast to complementarianism, which teaches distinct roles for men and women within the church and family.

My View:
Men and women are equally created in God’s image and share in the blessings of salvation (Genesis 1:27; Galatians 3:28). Both are called to serve God and use their gifts for the building up of His church (1
