Today's Devotion:
365 Daily Devotions
๐ Greetings: Ptr. Peng Contreras Carpo,
Gerald Mendoza (Australia), Makarios Victor
๐ Scripture: 1 John 4:19-21
๐จโ๐ป Teaching:
1. We love because God first loved us.
2. Loving people is the proof of loving God.
3. Loving God and loving people are inseparable.
๐ช Application:
1. Let God's love be our greatest motivation.
2. Do not fall for hypocrisy.
3. Love both God and people.
๐Discussion:
How can we make God's love as our greatest motivation?
๐ Prayer:
Lord, thank You that I can love because You first loved me. Your love is my greatest motivation to love others. Lord, the greatest commandment in the Bible is to love God and love people. So do not allow me to become a hypocrite by claiming that I love You, yet fail to love my brothers and sisters. Teach me to love the visible in order to prove my love for the invisible God. Please change my heart, allowing me to sincerely love God and people from the depths of my being. In Jesusโ name, amen!
