365 Daily Devotions: Seminary Edition
💁🏻 Concept: In Christ
The phrase “in Christ” (in Him, in whom, in the Beloved, in the Lord) was mentioned over 200 times in the New Testament. To be “in Christ” means that a believer is united with Jesus through faith. This union with Christ is the foundation of the Christian life. In Him, we find our identity, our righteousness, our strength, and our purpose. Being in Christ means that we have access to all the spiritual blessings He has to offer—His forgiveness, His righteousness, His love, and His eternal life. It is in Christ that we live, move, and have our being. Our position in Him transforms us, and through Him, we can do all things.
