Today's Devotion:
365 Daily Devotions: Seminary Edition
๐๐ป Concept: Heaven
Heaven is the place where God most fully reveals His glorious presence. It is the home of God, the dwelling place of angels and the spirit of redeemed saints, where worship is unceasing and joy is full. Yet, heaven is not our final home but the temporary dwelling of believers awaiting the resurrection. The final destiny of Christians is a renewed creation where God dwells with His people bodily, His will is perfectly done, joy never ends, and every tear is wiped away. For Christians, our true and final home is not escape from the world, but the restoration of all things in Christ.
