As an overprotective mother, Mrs. Cruz complained to the school principal about the bruises on her daughter Chloe's body. She was a strict parent who often admonished her daughter whenever she came home late due to school assignments. Chloe felt very pressured and at one point disrespectfully explained her side of things. Her mother embraced her and apologized.
