The Gospel of Mark shows us that even Jesus got rejected during His life on Earth. This rejection did not shake Him, but thus motivated Him more to continue with His purpose and mission, even if there were people who were rejecting Him. He continued to preach and heal the sick. This story should serve as motivation for us to continue with what we're doing for the Kingdom of God.
