The Gospel of John highlights the betrayal of Jesus by Judas. Despite the Holy Week having the light at the end of the tunnel in Easter, Jesus first experienced darkness through Judas' betrayal. In our modern times, we are urged to reflect on where we might have betrayed Jesus in our lives. With our sins, despite promising Him to not sin anymore through our confessions and prayers, we are like Judas, who betrayed Jesus. May this Holy Week be an eye-opener for us to think through our sins towards Jesus.
