The Gospel of John shows us the harsh realities we might encounter when we fully pursue the kingdom of God. The world is a different place, unlike heaven, where we can find peace. The world hates the truth from His Word, and people who are not in Him can twist His truth to turn more people away from Him. Christians like us will be hated just like they hate God. As His people, we must remember that in the midst of His experiences being hated by the world, He still found His peace, and He pursued more time to love and pray to God.
