June 18, 2024 | Stop Hating, Start Loving | 𝐊𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬

𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘'𝐒 𝐆𝐎𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐋 Matthew 5:43-48

The Gospel of Matthew reminds us that even our enemies deserve our love—a kind of love that comes from the Lord. As Christians, we are called to stop having hatred in our hearts and instead start having loads of love for people, even for those who have wronged us. This Gospel teaches us not to hold hatred for anyone but instead to leave everything to God. We are encouraged to pray for our enemies instead of thinking of ways to get along with them. Leave everything in God's hands, for He knows what's best. Treat people how we want ourselves to be treated, and if we want love and forgiveness, we should start practicing this for ourselves.
