The Gospel of Matthew asks us: How do we receive the seed of the Word of God and plant it in our soils? Our hearts are our soil, and the fruit of His seeds is the way we live our lives for Him. This parable wants us to remember that God plants His word among people through His harvesters. Our hearts are good soil if we fully understand what we hear from Him. May we be cultivated more to be better soils for His Word and His kingdom.
