The Gospel of Matthew reminds us of the main purpose of Jesus coming to Earth. He came here to save and heal the spiritually sick. He reminds the people that those who are sick are the ones who need doctors, not those who are well. As Christians, we are commanded to have more compassion for the sick because they need help when it comes to healing. He desires for our open hearts and minds for the mission of His kingdom and for His love to the people.
