The Gospel of Matthew reminds us to give ourselves totally to the work of God. There are works of God that will build His kingdom and our society as well. These require concrete actions; our deeds are more important for the work of the kingdom. Lastly, this Gospel reminds us that we need to trust God fully and that He will take care of us when we do His work.
