𝐓𝐎𝐃𝐀𝐘'𝐒 𝐆𝐎𝐒𝐏𝐄𝐋: Mark 1:1-8

The Gospel this Sunday reminds us about the core of the mission of John the Baptist, his humility, and the peace he proclaimed during his time on Earth. When it comes to the core of his mission, he serves as a symbol or representative of calling people back to God and their relationship with Him. He encouraged a lot of people to go back to repentance and ask for forgiveness for their sins. This Gospel also showed how humble he is through his clothes, his food, and the overall lifestyle he carried. Lastly, this Gospel talks about peace. We must always remember that Christ is the Prince of Peace, and only through Him can we find the true meaning of peace.
