The Gospel of Mark shares the importance of the baptism of Jesus in our lives. As done by John the Baptist, who prepared a way for Him and witnessed by people who are considered sinners, this is one of His ways to share and show humility to us. This reminds us that even being God's Son, He still sought His spirit through baptism. This Gospel also showed us Christ's strong and unique identity, which can inspire us to live a better holy life for Him.
