You may be leaning on your faith, your knowledge of God, and your past experiences. Maybe because that’s what you know, that’s what you're taught, and that’s what you are familiar with. Cheer up! God is leading you into your new season! In God’s new season for you, your old proven ways fall short. Even how you have experienced God’s goodness fades into mere memory. That’s all it was … memories. No matter how wonderful those memories were, even if those memories were majestic and awesome, and those memories were your turning points in life, That’s all they are … they were good memories. You cannot afford to live in your past success. Past victories and success could inspire you, but they could also halt you -- if you are stuck on daydreaming and saying to yourself “those were the days”.

In God's new season, the Lord cares so much that He wants to guide you into His new perspective for you, His new framework for you, His new purpose for you, His new mindset for you, His new revelation for you, His new anointing for you, His new love for you, His new fullness for you, His new direction for you, and His new holiness for you.
