In every season of our lives, we encounter situations that crush our heart and soul, even our own being. We come to ask ourselves or even God, "why is this happening to me?" Why do we have to experience the uneasy feeling and pain of being crushed and broken?

The breaking process is an essential part in our walk with God. He allows us to experience the pain of losing so we can yield to Him, and let Him be the center of our brokenness. To die to ourselves; so we can be open to God's correction... to let His purpose be done unto us in the process. 'Lord let not my will, but Your will be done'.

We may be experiencing a new level of brokenness unlike before but know that with this, God is calling us to a greater level of maturity through Him: To be transformed into who God wants us to be.
