And when we speak about friendship love, the Bible speaks about a lot of
verses about this aspect of love, and we can find it from the Book of
Proverbs.
In Prov. 17:17 which says, “A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born
for adversity.”
Prov. 18:24, which says, “A man who has friends must himself be friendly,
but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”
Prov. 27:6, which says, “Faithful are the wounds of a friend.”
Prov. 27:17, which says, “As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the
countenance of his friend.”

THE NEED TO CAREFULLY CHOOSE FRIENDS:
Prov. 12:26 says, “The righteous choose their friends carefully, but the way
of the wicked leads them astray.”
There is a saying that says, "tell me who your friends are and I will tell you
who you are". (Birds of the same feather, flock together)
Prov. 13:20 “Walk with the wise and become wise; associate with fools and
get into trouble.”
Wrong friends can lead us into trouble and harmful path or cause us to
suffer and harm.
