Daily Devotions: Responding to God's Voice - February 26, 2024 DD

"Learn to respond in prayer and listen." Today's reading from 1 Samuel 3:9-10 and Psalm 27 teaches us to be responsive and obedient to God's voice. He speaks through a still voice, and when He calls, it is clear.

1 Samuel 3:9-10 NLT
So he said to Samuel, "Go and lie down again, and if someone calls again, say, 'Speak, Lord, your servant is listening.'" So Samuel went back to bed.
And the Lord came and called as before, "Samuel! Samuel!"
And Samuel replied, "Speak, your servant is listening."

Psalm 27:8 NLT
My heart has heard you say, "Come and talk with me."
And my heart responds, "Lord, I am coming."
