Restoring Creation: Part 12: Who Is Elohim? Gen. 1:1 Understood. First Day.

We all know "In the beginning God created the heaven and earth." However, this word in Hebrew is Elohim which is plural. Who created then? Elohim is a heavenly being but the Angels were not created in Gen. 1:1 yet. Angels also have no Creation powers, nor is the Holy Spirit attributed with such. So, who were "they" then?
