Saving the animals of the Philippines is a never-ending job, because too many of our furry friends live in horrible conditions and suffer from neglect and abuse. Animal welfare might not be a top priority for Filipinos, but surely we can find room in our hearts to give our pets a veterinary checkup and support our local animal sanctuary or shelter! Today I'm going to visit the new facility of the Dumaguete Animal Sanctuary, and I'm going to take my rescue cat with me to see how he's doing. Saving the animals of the Philippines is a cause that's important to me - what about you?
