The Gospel of Luke reminds us of the gift of freedom from Jesus. As Christians, we are called to avail this gift wisely, especially when it comes to deciding for our lives. We are also called to use this gift to address the needs of others in the glory of God's name. May we not let ourselves be influenced by what the world dictates we do and decide about, for God's standards are different from the world's.
