When one is called by God to full-time ministry, it is not part-time work; it requires total dedication. It calls for commitment and sacrifice, and those called to ministry, pastors especially, must recognize that they are set apart for the Gospel of God. The focus should be on the ministry, not personal gain or multiple pursuits.
