Her strong desire for material possessions led to an accident. Risha came to the office one day bragging about her new branded shoes to her staff member, Eunice. Most of the time, Eunice tried to remind Risha to avoid too much spending as it could affect her finances.

Troy, also a staff member, was in need of money to treat his sick child. He took Risha's wallet from her bag. Eunice tried to stop him, but he did not listen. As she approached the door, Risha slipped and fell on the floor and was brought to the hospital. When she became conscious, Eunice narrated what had happened to Risha. Eunice advised Risha not to indulge herself in material things anymore because all she needed was God to heal her. Troy also admitted that he had taken Risha's wallet and asked for forgiveness.
